Typically, it takes 6-8 laser hair removal sessions for 75% - 95% permanent hair removal. Treatments are 6-8 weeks apart and when done well, the hair does not come back.

In the early days of laser hair removal it was presented as permanent hair removal. We now know that it is permanent hair reduction. Each hair follicle has several hairs. It does take multiple treatments and most places offer package incentives. It is difficult to predict how many treatments each individual will require as everyone responds differently. Over time a few hairs may grow back, and they can be treated.
