Picosure can be used on any part of the body. The key is what color you are trying to treat. That determines the type of laser.

Our Astanza Trinity laser can be used on finger tattoos, but should be done by an experienced practitioner. More time between treatments should be allowed for complete skin healing. There is little difference between Pico and our laser--it is mainly the experience of the practitioner and choosing the correct setting for the appropriate skin response to the laser.

Any Q-switched laser can be used. A top-hat beam profile eliminates hot spots and is much less likely to cause unintended blistering. It's more important that the right laser wavelength be used for the color of ink.
