Celebrity Tattoo Removal: Blast from the Past

Celebrity tattoo removal is picking up in popularity. But there are some folks who took advantage of the opportunity to get their body art mistakes erased a long time ago. Case in point: Tony Danza. The star best known for his role as Alyssa Milano's television dad in Who's The Boss used to have a tattoo on his arm but it's been gone for nearly a decade. Danza was eighteen when he got a tattoo on his upper arm. It was an illustration that read Keep on Truckin'. It was quite retro and often gained reference to being a "thing from the seventies". Such a tattoo could even get some great media attention now as a throwback to the past. But it didn't really suit Danza's acting plans or his lifestyle. In the 1990's, when laser tattoo removal was beginning to get some attention, Danza decided to get it removed. Not too many people would say that Danza is a trend setter. However, he opted to get his tattoo removed long before a majority of celebrities were going to the doctor for this type of procedure. Perhaps he's more cutting edge that you might think. photo link
