Does laser tattoo removal work equally on all body areas?

Are there any areas of the body that laser tattoo removal wouldn't work on? i.e. fingers, facial, genital areas?

We remove tattoos from fingers, face, genital areas, and more. The immune system activity is what controls the removal, but the quality of the lasers and experience of the operator are factors too.

Lasers designed for tattoo removal break up the ink. The body removes the ink. Certain areas remove the ink faster because of increased circulation and immune system activity. Be sure proper eye protection is worn when working anywhere on the face and that special care is taken. We educate patients who want to learn many additional methods to enhance their body's removal. Very few tattoo removal practitioners are trained in helping the body remove the ink.

Most areas can be safely treated by experience medical professionals. Some areas do not heal as well, such as the ankles. Closer to the heart heals better. We avoid treating the genital areas, but some places may do it.

The only areas laser tattoo removal is limited is on the mucus membranes
(inside of mouth, nose, vagina), inside the ear canal and the area
immediately around the anus. All other skin surfaces are acceptable for
laser tattoo removal.

I did microblading 3 months ago. I immediately regretted it and few weeks later I did laser tatto removal (Q switch). So far I did 3 laser sessions and every time it makes my skin red and it doesn't remove the ink. I tried at different places and it's always the same result. I now have two very red eyebrows with the tattoo. It's really bad.
