There are three major drawbacks to laser tattoo removal. One is that it can be a bit painful, although most people find that if they can tolerate the pain of getting the tattoo then they can tolerate the pain of getting it removed. One is that it is a lengthy process which usually requires multiple treatments. And one is that it doesn't come cheap. There's not much that can be done about the pain or the process (although new tattoo inks are helping to change that) but perhaps something can be done about the price.
