Interestingly enough, the laser we use for leg veins is the same one we
use for hair removal (only for hair removal in darker skin types),
although the settings used for the two treatments are very different.
We use the Sciton Profile, a long pulsed Nd:Yg (Yag) laser for the
removal of spider veins in the legs and also for dark skin laser hair
removal.
