Bethany is member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), an organization that governs the permanent makeup industry. Through the SPCP, Bethany is kept privy to all the latest technology and information regarding permanent cosmetics.

As a volunteer for the American Cancer Society's Look Good Feel Better program, Bethany gives support to women who have recently completed radiation and/or chemotherapy by teaching a variety of beauty tricks to help camouflage the visual side effects of treatment.
