One of the many reasons that people get rid of their tattoos is because they no longer enjoy the way that people look at them and judge them based on their tattoos. Girls who once wanted to be "bad girls" have tattoos that make men think they're wild and crazy. The decorative tattoo on the small of the back which is shown off on low-rise jeans is a typical example of that kind of tattoo.
